You're allowed to change too.

A LITTLE SPACE TO BREATHE

You can love being a mom
and still miss yourself.

Maybe you don't miss your old life exactly.

Maybe you just miss laughing without thinking about everything.

Maybe you're realizing that the woman you were before motherhood isn't someone you need to get back to.

Maybe you're becoming someone new.

That's what we talk about here.

HEY MOMMA! CONVERSATION STARTERS

Real talk meets
mothering moments.

Hey Momma! Conversation Starters is a weekly podcast about the highs, the raw truth, and the growth that happens when we shed perfection and embrace who we're becoming.

Hosted by Anita, a mom who's unlearning the myth of doing it all.

Come for the conversation.

Stories, questions and honest conversations about motherhood, identity, relationships, emotions and becoming.

One conversation can make you feel less alone. One practice can help you understand why.

HI, I'M ANITA.

I'm figuring this out too.

I'm a mom, creative and the voice behind Hey Momma.

I created this space because motherhood has a way of changing you in places you didn't expect — your identity, your dreams, your relationships, your body, your faith, even the way you see yourself.

I don't have a perfect formula. I'm interested in the questions we're sometimes too tired, embarrassed or afraid to say out loud.

So let's talk about them.

HEY MOMMA

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You just have to be willing to start the conversation.
